About

LaunchBeacon is a ready-to-sell web awards and showcase SaaS built on Laravel 12. Creators submit their websites, themes, apps and games, a jury and the community score them in the open, and the best work wins dated awards (of the day, of the month and of the year) with certificates anyone can verify and badges they can embed. You earn from paid submission tiers, memberships and sponsored placement, with 17 payment gateways behind one checkout.

Every rule is published: the scoring weights, the voting window and the award thresholds all come from your settings and show on the awards page, so creators know exactly how a winner is picked.

Submissions for Four Kinds of Work

  • Websites, themes, apps and games, each with its own fields: the address or live preview, store links for apps and games, a marketplace link and price for themes
  • A guided wizard: pick the type, paste the address, choose a tier, fill in the details. Guests can start and sign up on the way; the draft saves itself as you type
  • Images re-encoded to WebP at three sizes: cover, icon, mobile screenshot and a gallery sized by the tier
  • Categories, tags and stacks: platforms, built with and languages (WordPress, Shopify, React, Laravel, Flutter, Unity, PHP and many more, each with its logo) for themes, apps and games
  • Built with AI: creators can say a work was made with AI and name the provider, model and tokens; it carries an AI badge and has its own filter on the walls
  • Duplicate guard on addresses, revisions for live work (the page keeps its approved version until staff accept the change) and title and address locked after an award

Open Judging, Dated Awards, Verifiable Certificates

  • Jury and community scores on design, usability, creativity and content, with weights you set (40/30/20/10 by default) and a voting window per work
  • Honorable mentions at the threshold you set, then of the day, of the month and of the year per type, plus People's choice
  • An Awards desk where staff confirm or replace each proposal before it publishes
  • A score ring and breakdown on every scored work, with the jury's votes listed
  • Certificates as PDF with a public verification page, and embeddable badges that link back to the work

Winners, Nominees and a Creator Directory

  • Winners and Nominees walls filtered by type, award, category, stack, month and AI, with Spotlight work pinned (and labelled) on top of Nominees
  • A mega menu under Winners and Nominees: every type with its platforms, built with, languages and categories
  • Categories, tags and search across everything that is live
  • A directory of creators ranked by awards, filtered by role, skill and country, with profiles showing their work, awards, skills and contact form
  • Profile claims: staff can list a studio before it signs up, and the owner claims it by email or website

A Jury Programme

  • Creators apply to join the jury; staff approve or decline from the panel
  • Each juror sets their expertise (three skills, platforms, built with and languages) and their desk shows only the work that matches it
  • A scoring desk with daily digests and reminders for work still waiting for a score
  • Optional juror pay: an amount per number of scores, payout details on the desk, payouts recorded by the admin

Revenue: Tiers, Memberships and 17 Gateways

  • Submission tiers per type (Free, Boost and Spotlight by default): price, review time, gallery size, pinned days, home spotlight days, newsletter and social features, link attribute. Every tier has its own price and on-sale switch, so you can run without a free tier
  • Upgrades that charge only the difference
  • Memberships with monthly and yearly prices, tier discounts, monthly credits and priority review
  • A real checkout: order summary, coupons, credits, tax, gapless invoices with PDFs, full and partial refunds
  • 17 payment gateways: PayPal (on by default), manual bank transfer, Stripe, Braintree, Square, Mollie, Paystack, Flutterwave, PayU, SSLCommerz, aamarPay, toyyibPay, Skrill, GoCardless, Amazon Pay, VR pay and Cryptomus

Growth and Content

  • Spotlight placements on the home page and at the top of Nominees, scheduled from paid tiers
  • A newsletter with double opt-in, one-click unsubscribe and a weekly digest of winners and Spotlight work
  • A social queue of ready captions for the work that bought a social post
  • Ask AI buttons on paid work that open ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or Grok with a question about it
  • A blog with categories and RSS, editable pages, a contact inbox, reports, and sitemaps with structured data

A Staff Panel for Every Role

  • A dashboard with revenue, the review queue and awards at a glance
  • A moderation queue sorted by review deadline, with approve, request changes and decline templates, and an optional AI summary for reviewers
  • Three staff roles: Admin, Jury and Editor, each with its own areas, plus an activity log
  • Branding (name, logos, colours, fonts), light and dark themes, maintenance mode, and English, Spanish and Arabic with right-to-left layout

What's Included

  • Full Laravel 12 source: controllers, services, form requests, Blade views, and the CSS and JavaScript sources built with Vite (the built files are included, nothing needs building to run)
  • A three-step web installer: server check, folder permissions, database and administrator
  • The application ships as a single launchbeacon.zip: upload one file to your host and extract it there
  • HTML documentation covering installation, every screen and its controls, scoring and awards, payments and each gateway, demo content, updating and troubleshooting, plus an installation guide PDF
  • All assets local: fonts, icons, flags and scripts. The site starts with its catalogue (types, categories, stacks, tiers and pages) and no sample work

Server Requirements

  • PHP 8.2 or newer with Ctype, cURL, DOM, Fileinfo, Filter, GD (with WebP), Mbstring, OpenSSL, PDO MySQL, Tokenizer and XML; Intl and Exif are recommended
  • MySQL 8 or MariaDB 10.6+
  • Apache with mod_rewrite or Nginx, with the document root pointed at public/
  • One cron entry for the scheduler: it closes voting, proposes and publishes awards, and sends the newsletter and reminders
  • HTTPS on the live domain for payment gateway returns and webhooks

Browser Compatibility

  • Chrome and Edge 111+, Firefox 121+, Safari 16.4+, and the current Chrome and Safari on Android and iOS
  • Responsive from phones to desktop; animation follows the visitor's reduced-motion setting
  • Internet Explorer is not supported

Third-Party Integrations (all optional, off by default)

A fresh install has no keys. Each integration works only once you add your own from the panel:

  • Payments: your own account with any of the 17 gateways
  • AI: OpenAI, Anthropic or Google Gemini for SEO suggestions and reviewer summaries; you provide your own key and your own privacy notice per your provider's terms
  • Captcha: Google reCAPTCHA v2 or Cloudflare Turnstile
  • Google sign-in (button or One Tap) and browser push notifications
  • SMTP for email

Support & Updates

  • The documentation covers install, updating, configuration and every screen, with troubleshooting
  • Support is provided through the item support form on this page, on the marketplace you bought it from

Credits

  • Laravel (MIT), GSAP (Standard "No Charge" License), Chart.js and three.js (MIT), Lucide icons (ISC), Simple Icons (CC0), flag-icons (MIT), fonts from Fontsource served locally (SIL OFL)
  • All works, people and images in the demo are fictional, for demonstration only and not part of the purchase. The product ships without sample work.
